Mail Boats, Potter's Cay Dock. Mailboats take passengers to all of the Out Islands as well as their mail. An interesting and inexpensive way to travel to the Out Islands. Ferries leave from the Treasure Cay Ferry Dock by the airport. The ferry trip will take 15-30 minutes depending on your destination (White Sound, Black Sound, or the New Plymouth Public Dock) and the number of passengers on board. Green Turtle is approximately 4 miles directly across the Sea of Abaco. Ferry charters are also available.
